Three Hellmuth & Johnson Attorneys to Present at MHA’s Working Together Conference

EDINA, MN – March 22, 2018 –  Attorneys from Hellmuth & Johnson’s Real Estate, Litigation and Estate Planning practice areas will present at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association’s (MHA) annual Working Together Conference April 17 and 18.

Phaedra J. Howard will present at the Fair Housing session scheduled from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on April 17. She will cover the intricacies of Fair Housing laws and how to protect employees and businesses from costly discrimination claims.

Brian N. Niemczyk will appear on a panel for the popular Ask the Attorney session, which will be held on April 18 from 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Cole A. Hickman will speak at the Understanding the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act session from 1:15 – 2:15 p.m. on April 18. He will break down what the Act will mean for multifamily housing and related businesses.
