- Jack Atnip, III is a banking, finance and business/commercial litigation attorney who has been providing legal services and advice to financial institutions, businesses and individuals since 1999. Atnip has litigated cases in state and federal court in many states across the country. He has extensive experience in loan workouts and debt and collateral recovery, and has successfully litigated a broad range of loan and lease default/recovery actions, business and commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and buy-outs, and more. Although primarily a litigator, Atnip also has significant transactional experience, including drafting commercial and agricultural loan documents, business organizational documents, shareholder/member control agreements, and many employment related agreements.
- Edward Beckmann represents property owners with their insurance claims, and is general counsel for several successful mid-size businesses. His background litigating contract disputes serves as a basis for representing businesses in a general counsel capacity. Beckmann’s practice includes I-9 compliance to ensure his clients are compliant with federal mandates. He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
- Michael Klemm offers practical advice and effective representation regarding land use regulation and development, real estate transactions and common interest communities. He has also represented clients in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, construction, financing, leasing and sales. Klemm consults with clients regarding potential transactions, negotiates agreements, assists with due diligence regarding property, title, and environmental matters, drafts or reviews loan documents, and represents clients at closing. He is an MSBA Certified Real Property Law Specialist.
