Marshall Tanick to present on WWI Minnesota Legal Cases
Marshall Tanick will be giving a presentation to the Golden Valley Historical Society on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at 7pm.
The program will review various legal cases decided by the federal and state courts in Minnesota that were effected by World War I. The program is in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the entry of the United States into the war (April 6, 1917). The topics will range from landmark cases, First Amendment freedom of expression cases, to insurance issues and business disputes.
The program is free and open to the public. It will be held at the historic "Little White Church" at 6731 Golden Valley Road in Golden Valley, MN 55427.
