Teresa Ayling to present at nursing continuing education program


Attorney Teresa Ayling, will be presenting at a free continuing education program for nurses.  The program, entitled Substance Use Disorder: Risks, Consequences and Recover for Nurses, will take place at the University of Minnesota on October 24, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. 

**Eligible for MN Board of Nursing Continuing Education Units**

When:  Monday, Oct. 24, 4:30-7:30 p.m.

After participating attendees will be able to:

  • Describe nurses’ special risks for the chronic illness of Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
  • Describe consequences faced by nurses with SUD
  • Identify personal and professional elements of recovery
  • Explain how recovery from SUD is a model for holistic healing.
