Hellmuth & Johnson attorneys selected to the 2016 Minnesota Rising Stars List
Hellmuth & Johnson is proud to announce that attorneys Brian Christiansen, Carol Moss, and Brian Niemczyk have been selected to the 2016 Minnesota Rising Stars list. To be eligible for inclusion in the Rising Stars list, an attorney must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of Minnesota lawyers are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Brian Christiansen focuses his practice on employment law, trust and estate matters, and general litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in connection with employment disputes – including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and sexual harassment claims – as well as contract, commercial, and real estate matters. Brian is also experienced in “small business” law and advising clients on business entity and LLC related issues. He has presented at several Continuing Legal Education and other courses on the Minnesota Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.
Carol Moss is a litigator who demonstrates her array of skills through her thorough knowledge of the law, strong analytical skills, and a deep commitment to advocating for her clients. Carol represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. She is also former Chair of the City of Robbinsdale Human Rights Commission, which helps promote the goals of equal human rights. Carol provides pro bono legal work for victims of domestic violence.
Brian Niemczyk practices with the firm's litigation group and focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant litigation and real estate litigation. Drawing on experience in all aspects of litigation, including substantial courtroom and appellate work, he represents a wide range of businesses and individuals involved in diverse real estate and commercial disputes. Brian speaks regularly before the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, an industry group of landlords, and serves on their professional education board.
