Hellmuth & Johnson names Chad Johnson as Managing Partner
Chad Johnson succeeds Blake Nelson, who was the managing partner for the past two years. Johnson previously had the responsibility of managing partner of the firm from 1994 to 2011. Johnson commented that “Blake did an outstanding job as managing partner, leading the firm to new heights while it continued to grow during a tough business market. My colleagues and I look forward to Blake serving in the role of managing partner again in the future.” Blake Nelson will continue to serve on the firm’s Board of Governors and as the firm’s chair of the Construction Law Group.
Chad Johnson co-founded the firm in 1994 and is the chair of the Real Estate Law Group. He serves a broad range of businesses, corporations and limited liability entities, including condominium, townhouse, cooperative and other community associations. Johnson commented that “Hellmuth & Johnson has enjoyed sustained growth over its twenty-year history, which was made possible by the outstanding attorneys and staff who devote their talents to the firm’s clients. We look forward to continuing our growth in the years to come, and I am honored by the opportunity to lead the firm into the future.”
