Biography: Rachel L. O’Connor

Rachel helps clients find practical solutions to their complex business and real estate needs. She works with individuals, businesses, corporations, community associations, and both residential and commercial builders and developers to provide a clear analysis of legal matters. When working with a client, Rachel considers potential issues and assesses risk to get a full view of a situation so that her clients can focus their efforts on their work and maximize their efforts.

She draws on her legal experience in business and commercial transactions, real estate law, estate planning, and probate. Rachel has worked on acquisitions and sales of a business, forming entities for businesses, preparing governing documents, drafting purchase agreements, easements and leases, resolving title issues, conducting real estate closings, and advising clients on the specific laws that apply to townhomes and condominiums.

It takes a good listener to not only hear the right cues but also be patient enough to draw out the most important information during a conversation. I use this approach to effectively collect all of the critical details from clients to ensure that I am best positioned to help them achieve their goals.
