Biography: Brittany A. Dingman

Brittany A. Dingman represents individuals and businesses in corporate and real estate transactions. Brittany approaches each client’s matter with a fresh perspective knowing there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. She wants to help her clients understand and feel comfortable with the process of closing and completing a transaction, and provide peace of mind that the closing will be smooth and their documentation will be clear and concise.

Brittany has a diverse professional background that gives her a unique perspective as an attorney. Prior to law school, she worked as a corporate paralegal focusing on corporate, real estate, and tax credit transactions. During law school, Brittany worked for a Fortune 500 utility company where the majority of her time was spent analyzing real estate documents. This experience allows her to understand the complexities involved with real estate transactions. After obtaining her law degree, Brittany clerked for a Hennepin County judge and managed a caseload of 200 criminal cases.

Clients appreciate Brittany’s enthusiasm and ability to help them achieve their goals in an efficient and positive manner. She brings focused, positive and energetic attitude to legal matters that can at times feel overwhelming to the parties involved.

Brittany is licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts.

Education

Brittany received her undergraduate degree in English from the College of Saint Benedict. While at Saint Ben's, Brittany was in the Honors program, secretary of the Pre-Law Society, and a competing member of the Mock Trial team. She also was a recipient of the Regent's/Trustee's Scholarship and the President's Scholarship. Brittany earned her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During law school, she was a Student Attorney for the Nonprofit Clinic, the Mental Health Director of the ABA Law Student Division, and President of Wellness in Practice. She was recognized on the Dean's list for the Spring 2017 semester, granted the Dean's Award for Executive Perspectives in Ethics and Compliance, and Senior Editor of Journal of and Public Policy.
