Kylie represents business entities and individuals in the areas of business/corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. She also assists clients with intellectual property and e-commerce matters. Kylie doesn't believe that there is only one road to success and she carries that belief throughout her practice. She brings creative solutions to her various clients, and makes sure she asks the right questions to help them tackle their specific goals.
Prior to joining H&J, Kylie worked at a tax firm focusing specifically on commercial real estate as well as a real estate investment trust advising on leasing issues. She also has experience in investment banking. In her work at H&J, Kylie assists clients with drafting and reviewing various forms of contracts including governing documents for entities, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial transaction needs.
Clients appreciate Kylie's pleasant demeanor and the individualized service she provides them with. When a client walks in the door, she makes sure they know that the work she is doing for them is top priority.
Kylie's licensed to practice in Minnesota State courts.
Kylie received her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During her time there she was on the Deans List, was on the board of the Minnesota Justice Foundation and was awarded the Minnesota Justice Foundation Community Service Award.
Kylie earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of San Diego.
