Practice Overview
In our Litigation Practice Group, we like winning almost as much as we like winning. The aggressive and successful representation of business and individual clients in all litigation matters is our foremost objective.

Our Litigation Group represents both businesses and individuals in lawsuits, trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals -- regularly winning matters for our community association, construction industry and real estate clients. We also provide litigation services in other areas to individuals, and to a broad spectrum of small and large businesses.

Our litigators formulate and then prosecute a successful litigation strategy. This process involves immediate identification of obtainable and feasible goals, and reexamination of those goals as the case proceeds. We believe our clients need and deserve "proactive representation." Proactive representation requires the diligent pursuit of our client’s goals from beginning to end, as opposed to merely reacting to an adverse party’s actions. It also requires a detailed and unsurpassed knowledge of the law.

Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC clients are kept informed regarding the status of their litigation matters at all times, and we respond quickly to client inquiries and concerns about pending matters. It is our duty to provide our clients with answers to any questions they may have regarding our strategies and tactics in representing them. Responsiveness, abundant preparation, courtroom poise and confidence, and zealous advocacy are all a part of our litigation philosophy for every case, every client, and every matter, of any size or kind.
