Practice Overview
Our Construction Law Group represents general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and related entities in all facets of the construction industry -- including litigation, arbitration, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, collections and contract drafting and review.

Construction industry clients truly benefit from our experience and expertise in a number of these areas. We know construction law, and only an experienced attorney should handle these complicated areas for you.

Our attorneys are in tune with all facets of the construction industry, and we understand industry language and procedures. Blake Nelson was raised in the construction business, working his way from stacking lumber to estimating jobs while growing up in his family’s lumber yard and contracting business. He's not alone here, as many of our attorneys have substantial experience within the industry.

We are also experienced litigators, providing aggressive representation and litigation strategies for the construction industry. (See our Litigation Practice Group profile for more information.)

Our attorneys strive to keep you informed by regularly conducting seminars, publishing newsletters and writing for construction industry publications and trade journals. These services are offered free of charge to provide our clients and friends with the latest news, laws and information affecting the construction industry.

At Hellmuth & Johnson, P.L.L.C., our attorneys are committed to providing extraordinary legal services that meet our client’s objectives by exceeding their expectations. One of our construction law attorneys will gladly answer any questions you might have and provide additional materials about how we can help you.
