Legal Fundamental Series
This series is designed to educate new and evolving small businesses regarding the legal environment in which they operate. Each session will focus on a particular stage of a business' lifecycle, providing a fundamental overview of some of the legal issues encountered in that stage. Participants will learn about the choices available to the business and ramifications of those choices. Each session will be limited to 90 minutes, including at least 30 minutes of Q&A and will be presented in a small group-roundtable format. This series is appropriate for entrepreneuers and business managers seeking basic information about the applicable topic.
