Marshall Tanick quoted by WCCO regarding JFK Assassination Files
Hellmuth & Johnson attorney Marshall Tanick was quoted by WCCO about the delayed release of classified files regarding President John F. Kennedy's assassination in 1963. The National Archives released some of these documents on Thursday, October 26th, in accordance with the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act put in place in 1992, but the Trump Administration is withholding many of these documents claiming they may risk national security.
Tanick stated "The JFK Assassination sort of opened the spigot for disbelieving the government. Whnever you hear people saying 'I don't believe the goverment,'or 'I don't trust the government,' or 'They're not telling us everthing we ought to know,' much of that is traceable to what happened in Dallas on Nov. 22."
