Michael Howard completes mediation training, added to Minnesota ADR-Rule 114 Neutrals Roster
EDINA, MN – March 8, 2017 – Hellmuth & Johnson announced today that attorney Michael D. Howard is now a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
Howard, the chair of the firm’s Business and Corporate Department, received his mediation training through the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) and St. John’s University School of Law.
