Marshall Tanick to present on the Bill of Rights anniversary
Marshall Tanick will be making a pair of presentions on the 225th Anniversary of the Bill of Rights at the Landmark Center in downtown Saint Paul.
The two brown bag lunch presentations will be on Tuesday, November 15th and Thursday, December 15th at 12pm.
Both programs will focus on major cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court from Minnesota State and Federal courts concerning a variety of Bill of Rights issues such as freedom of speech and press, freedom of religion, criminal justice issues, jury trials, and other similar matters. The programs are open to the public and will include continuing legal education (CLE) credits.
