Ryan is an attorney in the Information Technology and Corporate Law practice groups and represents a variety of clients, both large and small, in transactional matters. His prior experience starting and running a small business gives him a good understanding of client needs and challenges. He appreciates the value of using resources efficiently and effectively when trying to achieve a goal and strives to find creative solutions to business challenges.
With a background in corporate law, information technology, and intellectual property law, his expertise includes:
- Drafting and reviewing software license, SaaS, master service, remote hosting, and operating agreements and related statements of work
- Formulating business strategies
- Advising on terms of service and privacy policies
- Assisting with business entity formation, dissolution, and related transactional matters
Ryan is licensed to practice in Minnesota.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline College of Law). He received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University, majoring in Accounting and Business.
