Ryan J. Wartick practices with the firm's litigation team, concentrating in the areas of construction, real estate and complex commerical litigation.

He primarily represents individuals and business entities including contractors and suppliers in court actions regarding mechanic's liens, construction disputes and other commercial disputes.

Wartick is licensed to practice law in the state and federal district courts of Minnesota and the state courts of North Dakota. He is a member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Insititue (DRI), and the Ramsey County and Minnesota State Bar Associations.

Wartick obtained his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a Dean's List scholar and the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in International Business Transactions. He completed his undergraduate studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
