Phaedra J. Howard is an attorney with firm and member of the Real Estate and Development Practice Group, where she serves both individuals and a broad range of and entities, including condominium, townhouse, cooperative and other community associations.

Phaedra concentrates her practice in the following areas:

• Real estate law
• Community association law
• Civil litigation and appeals

Phaedra primarily represents entities and individuals involved in residential and commercial real estate matters, and condominium and townhouse associations. She also assists clients in the related areas of foreclosures, landlord/tenant issues and collection and creditor's remedies.

In addition, Phaedra maintains an active civil litigation and appellate practice, representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Minnesota, she is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, and an active participant in the MSBA Civil Litigation and New Lawyers Sections.

Phaedra obtained herJ.D. from the Hamline University School of Law, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago.
