Sarah E. Fisher concentrates her practice in construction law and litigation. She primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in mediations, arbitrations and district court actions regarding construction disputes, mechanic's liens and other matters.

Licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and federal courts, Sarah is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114. She is a member of the MSBA Construction Law Section and Minnesota Women Lawyers. Active in the construction industry, she is also a member of Associated General Contractors and serves as Legal Advisor on the Advisory Board for the Association of Women Contractors.

Sarah obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Communication Studies.
