Sarah E. Fisher is a member of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group, where she primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in mediations, arbitrations and district court actions. She concentrates her practice in:

• Construction law
• Construction litigation
• Mechanic's liens

Licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and federal courts, Sarah is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114. She is a member of the MSBA Construction Law Section and Minnesota Women Lawyers. Active in the construction industry, she is also a member of Associated General Contractors and serves as Legal Advisor on the Advisory Board for the Association of Women Contractors.

Sarah obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Communication Studies.
