Jillian K. Duffy is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, where she primarily represents businesses in the construction industry and other business entities in the following areas:
- Construction litigation
- Commercial litigation
- Real estate litigation
Jill primarily works with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners
in mediations, arbitrations and district court actions regarding construction defect disputes and mechanic's liens.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota and federal courts in Colorado, Jill is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 and a Certified Family Law Mediator. She is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations and the Minnesota Women's Lawyer Association.
Jill obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica with a B.A. in Psychology, and received a second B.A. the following year in Criminology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. |
