Jillian K. Duffy is a member of the firm's Litigation and Construction Practice Groups, where she primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and business and property owners in a variety of transactional matters and disputes. Jill represents clients in mediations, arbitrations and district court actions involving construction and commercial litigation. Her practice is primarily concentrated in:

- Real estate litigation
Jill’s practice includes a broad range of construction and commercial litigation work, including construction defect disputes, contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, bonds, payment, and other business and commercial disputes. Jill constantly strives to obtain practical solutions to her client’s legal issues while remaining a tenacious advocate. Jill’s litigation work on both the plaintiff and defense sides have allowed her to achieve a full understanding of the dynamics of commercial litigation and have encouraged her to think "outside the box" in developing a litigation strategy for her cases.
Licensed to practice law in the State and Federal courts of Minnesota as well as the federal courts in Colorado, Jill is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 and a Certified Family Law Mediator. She is also a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations and the Minnesota Women's Lawyer Association and MSBA Construction Law Section.
Jill obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica with a B.A. in Psychology, and received a second B.A. the following year in Criminology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
