EDINA, MN- Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC is pleased to announce that Teresa Gumerman and Kip Peterson have joined the firm.
Gumerman joins the firm as an associate and has over 12 years experience as a litigator handling a wide variety of civil litigation cases. She received her law degree from Washington University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Minnesota as well as the before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Peterson, also an associate, adds his skills to the firm's Corporate/Business practice areas. Peterson works with closely-held businesses of all sizes on a broad range of transactional matters and has experience in entity selection and formation, buy-sell agreements, M&A, succession planning, general contract drafting and review, shareholder disputes, employment law, trademarks and copyrights, and private securities offerings. Peterson is a graduate of The University of St. Thomas School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
