Many of the attorneys in this practice group have practical experience in the construction industry. For example, the group's chair, attorney Blake R. Nelson, worked in his family's construction business during high school and college. Addenda and exhibits are prepared for each job throughout the year, but the main terms are contained in the annual Subcontractor Agreement.
