- How the probate and trust law applies to client circumstances
- Use of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax exemptions to minimize or eliminate taxes
- How wealth can be transferred efficiently and to the best advantage of beneficiaries
- How to successfully transfer a family owned business from one generation to another
- How changes in estate and gift tax laws affect client estate plans
- The use of the Medical Assistance rules to benefit clients
Tim exceeds his clients’ expectations by quickly establishing a comfortable rapport. He works with clients to determine their estate planning objectives, and he explains complex legal and tax concepts in a way that can be easily understood. He and his staff are prompt and responsive in generating estate plans for clients at reasonable rates. Tim also provides knowledgeable and efficient advice to clients who are serving as executors or trustees so that the process does not seem overwhelming or become unreasonably delayed.
