Steve Foley is an attorney with the firm and a member of its Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. He focuses in the following areas:

Steve is licensed to practice in Minnesota. Before practicing law, Steve worked as an editor for a technical magazine. In the course of writing many articles, he interviewed hundreds of people. This taught him the skill of listening to each person’s story in order to provide a complete account of that individual’s experience and present a compelling and credible representation of the individual’s narrative.
He wrote Buffering and the Reproduction Right: When is a Copy a Copy?, published in William Mitchell's Cybaris, an Intellectual Property Law Review.
Steve obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009, graduating cum laude. Steve served as a staff member on the William Mitchell Journal of Law and Practice and was on the Dean’s List. He received a B.A. from Saint Olaf College, graduating magna cum laude.
