Alexander Jadin is an associate at Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC. He joined the firm in September of 2011 and is a part of the Construction, Insurance Claims & Disputes, and Litigation Practice Groups.

Alex brings his unique perspective when counseling his clients and employs a problem-solving approach in determining how to resolve disputes in the quickest and most efficient fashion
Alex counsels and represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including preliminary claim evaluation and investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial. His experience also includes a specialty in fire litigation, from initial evaluation, developing origin and cause of fires, appraisals of fire and property losses, and litigation, settlements and trial. Alex has extensive experience with insurance policies, their exclusions and interpretations.
Prior to coming to Hellmuth & Johnson, Alex worked as an attorney for a Minneapolis insurance litigation firm. There he handled a wide range of litigation and insurance dispute matters. Alex's litigation experience allows him to provide his clients with aggressive representation in property, product defect, fire, and construction litigation, as well as representing property owners in insurance coverage disputes. Alex has written and presented on various subrogation topics, including plaintiff's subrogation strategy, insurance defense and spoliation.
Alex is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (MN-IAAI), and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He has been admitted to the Minnesota State Bar since 2006 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota since 2007.
Alex obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He is currently a mentor with the University of St. Thomas mentor program. Alex also received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Financial Management and Legal Studies in Business
